What You'll Do:

- Examine media files (videos, images, and text) for errors, including grammar, spelling, and technical glitches

- Ensure all content adheres to client and company standards, including brand guidelines and specifications

- Document issues and provide constructive feedback to production teams to address recurring problems

- Track and maintain accuracy and performance records, identifying trends and suggesting improvements

- Work closely with production, editing, and client-facing teams

- Complete assigned reviews promptly, balancing speed with thoroughness

Background & Skills:

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Specialist with a background in quality control, media production, video editing, or content review

- English Skills: Professional level

-Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively

- Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to the table

- Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines with top-notch organizational skills

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with video and audio production processes; experience with QC tools or editing software is a plus
