What You’ll Do
Own Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage end-to-end hiring across creative, marketing, operations, and leadership roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and timelines
Run multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and momentum
Build & Manage Talent Pipelines
Source candidates through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, referrals, job boards, and networks
Proactively build talent benches for recurring roles before demand spikes
Maintain accurate, organized candidate pipelines in the ATS
Deliver a World-Class Candidate Experience
Conduct initial screens and guide candidates through the interview process
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and next steps efficiently
Communicate clearly, respectfully, and promptly at every stage
Support Hiring Decisions & Offers
Partner with leadership on offer strategy, compensation alignment, and closing candidates
Support reference checks and onboarding handoffs
Track hiring metrics and surface insights to improve speed and outcomes

Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
Experience managing multiple roles across different functions
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience hiring creative, marketing, or technical talent
High-volume or agency recruiting experience
Data-driven mindset with comfort tracking hiring metrics
