What You'll Do

Source Exceptional Talent

Develop creative sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for critical positions.

Continuously explore new sourcing techniques to improve hiring success.

Manage the Full Recruitment Process

Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications.

Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess experience, communication skills, and overall fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide a seamless candidate experience from application through offer.

Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process.

Partner with Hiring Managers

Work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.

Provide market insights and recommendations to improve hiring strategies.

Offer guidance throughout the interview and selection process.

Help ensure hiring decisions align with company goals and culture.

Improve Recruitment Operations

Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and hiring effectiveness.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, interview processes, and candidate experience.

Assist with employer branding initiatives that strengthen High Scale's presence in the talent market.

Represent the High Scale Brand

Serve as a brand ambassador in every candidate interaction.

Build lasting relationships with candidates, even when they aren't selected for current opportunities.

Create a hiring experience that reflects High Scale's professionalism, speed, and commitment to excellence.

Who You Are

Experienced Recruiter

2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency, BPO, outsourcing, or high-growth company.

Experience recruiting across multiple functions is highly preferred.

Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.

Experience supporting remote or global hiring is a plus.

Relationship Builder

You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and building meaningful professional relationships.

You know how to ask thoughtful questions, uncover motivations, and create positive candidate experiences.

You communicate with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.

Talent Evaluator

You have strong interviewing skills and can effectively assess communication, experience, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment.

You're comfortable making hiring recommendations supported by objective observations.

Organized & Detail-Oriented

You can manage multiple open positions while maintaining excellent candidate communication and attention to detail.

You're highly organized and comfortable working within recruiting systems and hiring workflows.

Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and recruitment tools is preferred.
