About the Role:
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with the Casting Director to manage casting for multiple projects, from pre-production through to final selections.
- Collaborate with the creative team and clients to ensure the talent aligns with project vision and brand needs
- Scout and identify new and existing talent, leveraging industry knowledge and contacts.
- Ensure a specific number of talents are booked per day while maintaining backup options in case of last-minute changes or cancellations.
- Coordinate auditions, including scheduling, reviewing tapes, and providing feedback.
- Create detailed bios and pitch sheets for potential talent, presenting them to clients or producers.
- Perform outreach to potential talent, maintaining strong communication and building relationships.
- Maintain organized casting databases and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Review talent portfolios, audition tapes, and other materials to assess suitability for specific roles or campaigns.
- Ensure all selected talents are on-brand and perfectly match the client's persona, audience, and campaign goals.
- Communicate with talent regarding shoot details, expectations, and timelines.
- Negotiates talent fees and ensures they align with the allocated budget for each project.
- Keeps track of talent availability and manages conflicts in scheduling, rebooking talent when necessary.
- Coordinates any special requests or requirements from talent.
- Liaises with producers and directors to ensure talent meets performance expectations and brand standards during shoots
Background & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in casting, talent scouting, or a related role.
- English Skill: Professional Level
- Strong Communication: Articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Creative Thinking: Bring innovative solutions to the table.
- Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines with top-notch organizational skills.
