What You’ll Do:
- Partner with leaders across departments to understand ongoing hiring needs and provide insights into effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting reference checks for candidates.
- Oversee salary negotiations and offer management to ensure successful placements by managing offers and negotiating terms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
- Strategically place job ads and promote High Scale’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team by supporting broader HR tasks and contributing to talent management and team goals.
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS to ensure a well-organized recruitment process and compliance.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity goals, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication, providing timely updates, and gathering feedback.
Background & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a similar role, preferably in DTC or creative fields.
- English Skills: Professional Level.
- Strong Communication: Clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Creative Thinking: Propose innovative sourcing and hiring solutions to meet diverse needs.
- Organizational Excellence: Manage multiple recruitment projects, meeting deadlines with top organizational skills.
